REP-51002: Bind to Reports Server failed [message #591646]

After I moved my servers (application and db) into a VPN network I am facing this error "REP-51002: Bind to Reports Server failed".
Urgent help will be highly appreciated.
Product-Oracle Forms and Reports 11g
Servers(app and db)- Windows 2008

Try to check out your rwnetwork.conf file. And change the namingservice host name to current IP address of the machine you have the server setup

Sorry for the delay ...actually its running on multicast channel not naming service .Though I don't know the difference between them.Can you please put some light ???

When changed to VPN network I just modified my host file ,created one more row for new VPN IP ,thats all I did .

Host: IP address of the machine where reports server is started.
Port: Port number.

start namingservice in a command prompt window:

Cd %oracle_home%\bin
Namingservice.bat port#

Here Port# = port number of the machine where reports server is started.
*Do not close the window, just minimize it.

Start an OC4J instance
All Programs -> MidTier Home -> Reports Developer -> Start OC4J Instance.

Start a new standalone reports :

Rwserver server= <your server> batch=yes
