TX typically means TRANSACTION INFORMATION.
In the trace file u will find a corresponding number
with this TX.
this # will be equalent to dba_objects.object_id.
the appearance of these messsage are very expected(infact a MUST FOR NORMAL FUNCTIONING database).
its appears whenever the database started / shutdown.
