Hello,
just open the Listener.ora from where u can find the distinct no of SID's and they were the total no of databases.

i couldn't get it. what's Listener.ora ? there is
no file called Listener.ora .

exec cmd
DOS> set ORACLE_HOME

if ORACLE_HOME is not set u can use Regedit and search for ORACLE_HOME
