I would like information on how to create an Oracle Instance in Oracle 7.3 NT Server version if possible.

I wish, I can attach the files here, but there is not such option. So follow This link . Unzipp the files.

Use these files as template, check the init.ora file for invalid parameters, startup nomount your new instance with pfile=...../init.ora, then run the files in their order.
