Hi there,

I am trying to install Oracle 9i downloaded from otn network to my Win2k machine. I have success fully downloaded but when I run the setup file from Disk1 (stored in local HDD), I am getting following error,
“The java Runtime environment was not found at c:docu~`”xyzlocals~1Orainstalljrebinjrew.exe Hence Oracle universal installer can not be run.. Install Jre1.1.7 or higher & then run again”

I already have JRE installed in my machine.

Pls advise immediately.

With Regards,
uday
