Oracle (8.0 with Windows NT) will not start anymore because a datafile is removed. And I can't get it back :(
The errors are:
ORA-01157: cannot identify data file
ORA-01110: Data file 14 ....

I get this message when I try to startup with SVRMGR,
Now the message are correct, but does someone has an solution to get it started again?

Hi

When you are sure you can't get the datafile back you can issue:

svrmgrl> alter database "datafile" offline drop;

Now you should be able to open the database.
