I have heard i can use the _disable_logging = TRUE if i want increase the performance.
Anyone can explain me exactly what database do if the logging operation is disable ?

DO NOT DO THAT.
it is true that, if set the performance will be better,
becuase NO REDO RECORDS are generated.
On the other hand, RECOVERY  is not possible even in case of instance crash ( which will be taken care ofautomatically).
say your database goes down abnormally,
then you cannot recover~!!!
