ORA-01536 space quota exceeded for tablespace 'PRINTCAT' [message #57338]

Good morning,

I am trying to create a couple of tables in a tablespace. When I look under storage in the OEM tool, I see that I have 200 MG allocated and only 3.4 is used up for this tablespace. However, when I try to create my tables I get the above error message. I am not a DBA but my user has the dba role. In fact, I was the one who created the tablespace orginally using the dbca tool. I guess what is throwing me off is that OEM shows that I do have plenty of space..

Can anyone help me try to resolve? Thanks

I was able to fix it with the below command

Alter user User_name quota unlimited on Tablespace_name
