Dear friends,
some user did changing in my database..I want to know which user did this and with which tables he did modifications.
Is there any log file that stors this information...

nope.
unless you turn auditing on, it is not possible to trace the user activities

If you are using 8i or above, you can use Logminer Utility (through oracle supplied PL/SQL package DBMS_LOGMNR) to analyze the Archived Redo Logs (if you have them) and your online redo logs.
