Download the patch from Metalink and read the howto that accompanies this patch. It is hard to tell since there's such a difference in the way all these patches work. Usually it is pretty well described what to do.

Metalink requires a support identifier. It is the official Oracle Support website.

I don't have Support identifier.I want to look into the oracle Metalink..How can I ???

You cannot. It's as simple as that. Since Metalink is the official support site, only customers that have bought a support contract have access.
