Is it possible to lock a particulat rollback segment when I use the above set transaction statement?

Basically, I would like to always use a particular rollback segment and not allow anyone else to use it when I am using it.

PRIVATE/PUBLIC is for OPS...

PUBLIC means that for a multi-instance database, any instance can use the rollback segment.

PRIVATE, which is the default, means only the instance which has the rollback segment's name in its ROLLBACK SEGMENTS clause of its INIT.ORA file can use the rollback segment.

So i think there is no way to prevent a user to use an online RBS.
